There is no useful single “from” price for a corporate event in Armenia. A one-day meeting in Yerevan, a two-night team offsite in the mountains and a conference with stage, screens and evening production are three completely different budgets.
For early planning in 2026, we use cost bands rather than fake precision. The ranges below are working planning figures based on the level of suppliers and formats Persikona normally considers for international corporate groups. They are not fixed supplier quotes and do not include flights.
2026 planning ranges: the short version
| Budget item | Typical planning range | What changes it |
|---|---|---|
| 4-star accommodation | $90–160 per room / night | Season, location, room type, group terms |
| 5-star accommodation | $160–300+ per room / night | Hotel, dates, suite mix, occupancy |
| Coffee break | $12–25 per person | Menu, venue, service format |
| Lunch | $25–45 per person | Restaurant vs private setup, beverages |
| Dinner / gala dinner | $45–100+ per person | Venue, alcohol, entertainment, styling |
| Meeting AV and technical production | $1,000–8,000+ | Screens, sound, stage, lighting, crew |
| Standard team activity | $30–90 per person | Format, equipment, location |
| Custom game or bespoke experience | from roughly $2,000 | Creative development, staff, props, production |
These numbers are most useful as a sanity check. A real budget needs dates, group size, rooming, locations and a clear idea of how much production you want to build around the programme.
What usually moves the budget most
1. Accommodation and rooming

For a multi-day offsite, hotels are often the largest single line. Twin sharing versus single rooms can change the accommodation budget dramatically before any entertainment or production is added.
2. City venue versus destination production
A hotel ballroom in Yerevan already has power, bathrooms, kitchens and access. A private setup on Lake Sevan or an event in White Sands may require generators, furniture, lighting, catering infrastructure, shade, transport and extra crew. The landscape may be free; making it event-ready is not.
3. Technical ambition
A microphone and screen are inexpensive compared with a conference stage, LED wall, show lighting, multi-camera video, interpretation or a concert-style evening. Production should be budgeted as its own workstream, not hidden inside “venue rental”.
4. How custom the programme is
A ready activity is cheaper than a bespoke team game, branded regatta or concept-led evening. Custom formats require design time, props, hosts, rehearsals and more coordination, but they are also what makes the event feel like your company rather than a package tour.
Example: a two-night offsite for around 50 people

For a useful reference point, imagine approximately 50 participants, two nights, a Yerevan or resort base, one working session, one strong shared activity and one final dinner. A realistic early planning model might look like this:
| Workstream | Planning band |
|---|---|
| Accommodation | $5,000–15,000 |
| Meals, coffee breaks and dinners | $4,500–8,000 |
| Airport and programme transport | $1,500–3,500 |
| Meeting room and AV | $2,000–6,000 |
| Team activity | $2,000–5,000 |
| Final dinner, entertainment and styling | $3,000–10,000 |
That puts the core programme roughly in the $18,000–48,000 range before flights and before unusually complex production. The spread is wide because single occupancy, premium hotels, private venues and entertainment can move the result very quickly.
Where it is worth spending more
For international groups, we would protect four lines first: comfortable transport, a reliable hotel, technical production that actually works, and one memorable shared moment. It is usually smarter to simplify secondary decor or reduce the number of activities than to make every line mediocre.
What we need to build a real budget
- dates or at least month and year;
- group size and approximate rooming;
- number of nights;
- business purpose of the event;
- preferred hotel level;
- how ambitious the evening and production should be.
If the destination is still open, start with our corporate offsite guide to Armenia and choose the type of experience first. Then the budget becomes much easier to structure.
