Discuss a project ↗An online event does not have to be a video call with a host. Participants can explore a game world, negotiate as a team and decide how the story develops. We start with the task and the people, then build the mechanics, script and technical approach.
For City Rescue, we created a game world, tasks, characters, votes and story branches for 150+ participants in three languages. The mechanics can be adapted to another story and brand.
The Birthday Cake
Teams solve puzzles and build a shared virtual cake. They vote on fillings and decoration, see the cake change after each round, then create and present their toasts. Sample flow: introductions → team challenges → cake design choices → final presentations. The original concept runs for 90–120 minutes; we agree the duration and program for your team.
Space Adventure
A damaged spaceship approaches an unknown planet. Participants divide responsibilities, decode signals and decide together how to make contact. Sample flow: story introduction → team breakout rooms → combine the clues → a shared decision and finale. The concept runs for 90–120 minutes; the story and roles can be adapted to the task.
Therapy for Father Frost
A seasonal game story: Father Frost has burned out, and the teams must get his workshop running and bring the celebration back. They discuss what happened, complete challenges, repair the festive equipment and assemble a shared plan. This is a humorous game, not therapy. We confirm the timing during program development.
How Do We Dream?
A quieter end-of-year gathering: say goodbye to the past year, build a shared wish tree and write a letter to your future self. The program includes chat, games, music and a group finale. Participation is voluntary; personal letters stay with their authors. Prizes and gifts are agreed separately.
Preparing the online program
We agree the script, host, team rooms, visual materials and technical support. Before the event, we check connections and the selected platform’s limitations. These concepts are starting points: scope, duration, languages and budget are confirmed after the brief, rather than offered as one fixed package for every team.
