We organize the local part of your event in Armenia: venues and hotels, catering, transfers, equipment and on-site coordination. You can entrust us with the whole project or a specific task. We bring the creative idea and local delivery together. Our working knowledge of venues, suppliers, menus and previous estimates helps us start with relevant options. We still check current prices, availability and suitability before making an offer.
For international event agencies
You keep the client relationship and creative lead while Persikona handles the agreed local scope. Bring a finished concept or a brief that still needs a solution. We agree on responsibilities, approvals, timing and the estimate before production starts.

Venues, stage, sound, lighting, décor, catering and staffing within the agreed scope.

How do we work with international agencies?
You lead the client and approvals. We check venues and suppliers, present workable options and estimates, coordinate logistics and production, and manage local delivery. If an option fails the brief, we explain the trade-offs and propose an alternative.
