Start in a winter village with snowball play, a photo setting, tea, mulled wine and activities guests can join at their own pace. Then move indoors for a gala dinner, festive entertainment and a party. No compulsory competitions.
We choose a mountain hotel in Armenia around your brief. Snowmen, snowball play and outdoor time depend on the weather: we agree a no-snow plan and a warm alternative in advance. The illustrated scenery is a starting point for discussion.

Glowing mushrooms, a surreal forest and unexpected characters. Guests explore the space, discover activities and become part of an evening that gradually turns into a full party.
Explore sensory, game and photo stations at your own pace. We adapt the forest scenery and characters to the venue and budget.

Wish Night
A shared vision board, optional tarot, letters to your future self and small rituals to close the year. Make a wish, symbolically let something go or simply enjoy dinner with colleagues. Participation and personal sharing are always optional.
Tarot is an optional playful activity, with no predictions promised. Props and symbolic rituals are chosen for the venue’s safety requirements.

Eveningwear, futuristic masks, chrome and neon light. A ball with performers and electronic music, building towards a night on the dance floor.

Therapy for Father Frost
Father Frost is burned out, his workshop has stopped and the holiday is in trouble. Teams work out what happened, complete challenges, repair the festive equipment and create a shared rescue plan. A humorous game, not therapy.
Colleagues join remotely and collaborate in online team rooms. Timing and platform are agreed during program development.

Your Team’s Winter Town
A winter game town built around your company’s stories, characters and challenges. Teams follow the story, collect decorations and dress one shared Christmas tree. Familiar details become part of a new adventure.
