We have ready-developed ideas, but we are not limited to them. Know the format? We will build it around the task. Have an idea? We will find a way to deliver it. Have only a task? We will propose a solution from scratch.
A corporate event at your own pace
Go dancing, join a game, try something for the first time or get comfortable and finally catch up with colleagues. Spend the evening with your usual group or get to know people you normally only see on calls.
We bring several activities and spaces into one event: music here, a game starting there, conversations at the bar and somewhere quieter to sit nearby. Everyone chooses where to go, who to stay with and when to try something else.
You can join in straight away or take time to settle in. Choose something new or something familiar. Switch activities halfway through the evening or take your time.
We plan the program, zones and sound so it all works together. Guests get the freedom to celebrate in their own way.
Sometimes the calculations are already there
You are just telling us what you are planning, and we already have somewhere to start. Persikona’s working database brings together supplier estimates, restaurant menus, venue dimensions and photographs, technical conditions and calculations from our past projects.
Often, we do not need to request the same information again. We can show options, compare them and establish a sense of cost. Before making a proposal, we check current prices, availability and whether the solution fits your project.
Modern tools help us understand the brief, compare proposals and recalculate the program faster. We check the details: will the stage fit, is there enough equipment, is delivery included and will guests have to shout over the music at dinner?
A preliminary estimate is usually ready within one business day after we receive the main details. If further enquiries and checks are needed, we will tell you how long they will take.

We can invent a game, use a venue in an unexpected way or connect what happens in the room with online participation.
While discussing the idea, we are already working out how to deliver it: what needs developing, which equipment is required, where guests will be, how long setup will take and who is responsible for what. We assemble the team, test the solutions before the start and run the event.
DMC in Armenia: your team on the ground
You are preparing an event in Armenia. We take care of venues, hotels, transfers, equipment, food, the program and coordination on site.
You can hand us the whole project or a specific task. When selecting a venue, for example, we check the room and dates as well as technical facilities, setup conditions, menus and the journey for guests. If an option does not fit, we suggest another. We agree the scope in advance.
For event agencies
You lead the project and the client relationship. We organise the agreed part in Armenia: the venue, suppliers, logistics and work on site. We return with options, calculations and timelines, not just contacts.
